People love Beads, But You Need More

Here is a recent email that I received from one of our bead customers:
Having been in business for too many years to mention, I've seen many
changes which have been caused by the bottom line, profit margins, etc. (and I
do understand them, just don't like them) which have, in many cases, made
customer service non-existent (a prime example is trying to reach a live person
at a business). I think good customer service is extremely important and
if I have to make a choice between 2 suppliers the good customer service
wins every time without question.
Beads are a great media to make jewelry but customer service is essential. To sell more, the customer may not always be right but they have to win.
